Movements in water relax joints and give us another body feeling. Through relaxation techniques we can beat the stress and the tensions and transform it into creativity.
During a workshop, we get to know the basic elements of the Water Dance and to experience his relaxing and creative power. After a dry warming-up using the body awareness elements, we explore in the water the different possibilities of body movements we discover a new language of our body. In Water Dance exercises, the entire body is massaged by the water and by the contact with other bodies moving underwater. Through the impulse generated by the contact to other bodies, in a playful way, we create underwater Solo, Duo or Group improvisation. Needed materials: comfortable cloths for warming- up, goggles and nose-clip.
